Terms & Conditions 

Unopened items acquired from All One Consciousness Foundation (AOCF) in new condition and returned within 14 days will receive a full refund or exchange. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered or made ready for pick up.  Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

• Courses are not eligible for a refund.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

2. Return address and information will be provided in the confirmation email

 

Refunds, replacement products, or store credit are honored 7 days after return has been received. All Shipping fees and restocking fees are customer’s responsibility. Please provide insurance on all items to be returned to cover items that may be lost or damaged, AOCF is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.  Please contact us at aralia@alloneconsciousness.org for any additional information
