Cancellation Policy
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no-one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things happen, so please purchase travel cancelation insurance once you have made your reservation.
“Cancelation” is defined as not attending your scheduled All One Consciousness Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
“You” refers to the guest booking a All One Consciousness Retreat.
“We” refers to All One Consciousness Retreats.
Retreats:

If you cancel more than 90 days before your All One Consciousness retreat package start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.

If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your All One Consciousness retreat package start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.

If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your All One Consciousness retreat package start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.

If you cancel 14 days or less before your All One Consciousness retreat package start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Coaching - Academy - Other Services
Cancelations of coaching and all other services require a 48-hour notice, a 5% fee will be charged if appointment was made with a credit card, the remaining balance will be fully refunded. No other fees or charges will be incurred by you within this time frame. All appointment cancellations will incur a $50 fee if made in less than 48 hours. Once services have been rendered, there is no refund of any kind.
