Cancelation Policy

At Ontology Wellness all cancelations require a 24 hour notice no fees or charges will be incurred by you within this time frame.  Hypnotherapy appointments will incur a $50 fee while all others incur a $25.00 fee. Once services have been rendered, there is no refund of any kind.

Deposits

Deposits made for services are not refundable. However, funds that are not a part of a deposit are refundable.
